Our office in the heart of downtown Dartmouth, NS provides a comforting, convenient, peaceful and private space where we provide individual, group, and couples psychotherapy, with a foundation of mindfulness practices that promote hope, calm and mental wellness.

Our staff is made up of a close team of professionals: Psychologists and Social Workers who specialize in helping our clients address a full range of mental health issues – from trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction to burnout, family of origin issues, relationship issues, behavior change and coping with major life transitions.

Rest assured that you already have everything you need to heal, be whole and embrace your potential; we’d be honoured to grant you the space, curiosity, compassion, strategies, objectivity and practices to enhance your health and happiness.

Referrals are welcome, but not necessary, to book an appointment.
